In Continent of the Ninth, there is a crafting system which is quite easy to use after you learn to use it. The most important thing I have to stress is that once you pick an Artisan you cannot change it. You will have to stick with it or create a new character with a different Artisan Mastery.
What Level Can I Learn an Artisan?
You can choose your Artisan mastery from level. There is no relationship between the level of your character and the maximum level that you can reach with your Artisan Mastery. In this guide, I will show you what kind of items you can make with the different kind of masteries, where you can get the ingredients for your Artisan Class and what you can do to level your mastery class faster.
What Can My Artisan Class Craft?
Metalworking:
Metal workers use metal materials to craft items such as weapon, molds, daggers, swords, arrows. They are also able to craft furniture for Guild Houses, which give bonus stats for all guild members once they pay for the buff from the specific piece of furniture. (Available for level three guilds), Metal workers are also able to make remodeling items for weapons, daggers and all other items that they can craft. Remodeling items allow you to change how your equipment looks, for example, if you have a level 47 rare armor and you don't like how it looks, you can craft a remodeled armor of any level that you like and change your level 47 rare armor to look like any other piece of armor (of the same class) while maintaining the same stats.
Woodworking:
Wood workers are able to create weapon molds, shields and some accessories. They are also able to craft furniture for Guild Houses, which give bonus stats for all guild members once they pay for the buff from the specific piece of furniture. (Available for level three guilds). They are able to create Firewood which gives health and mana regain over time, the high level ones are quite useful in a dungeon that you are having trouble with, since you can use them while using the usual potions from the general store. Wood workers are also able to make remodeling items for shields, accessories and all other items that they can craft. Remodeling items allow you to change how your equipment looks, for example, if you have a level 47 rare armor and you don't like how it looks, you can craft a remodeled armor of any level that you like and change your level 47 rare armor to look like any other piece of armor (of the same class) while maintaining the same stats.
Alchemy:
Alchemists use leaves and roots to create all kind of potions. You can create potions for healing, potions which give you all kind of stats such as defense and attack to help you with those hard dungeons and potions for speed and cool-down reduction for skills. They can also create special potions which are needed to create a lot of different equipments and weapons of higher ranks.
For this potion you need to obtain bellflower roots or ginseng which are only available in the Northern Front (Vimpeli) and Heretic Island (Runnersville).

Fast Leveling, Souls and Crystals:
Most people don't understand how they can use the Vacant Artisan Souls. These souls can be combined with all kind of materials including silver and gold pieces, all grades of ingredients, beliflower root and ginseng and more. After you combine this you get another type of soul which can be exchanged at any of the artiseny masters for a chest this soul is called Artisan Soul Crystal. This chest could be for materials of A,B,C,D grade and you can choose the kind of material you want. Depending on the grade you want, you will need a higher amount of crystals but the amount of materials you will get from the chest is random so you might get only 8 or you might get 100, it's up to you to your luck to decide
